  2. I purchased a “pre-owned” 2014 Ford Focus, unaware of the transmission problems. My transmission just “failed” 3 weeks ago and I will have to pay $3,775.00 to get my Focus back on the road. How unfair that the deadline for filing with the Class Action Lawsuit ended in 2020. The problems with this transmission did NOT end in 2020.
